Individual Therapy - $180 (60 min)

Family Therapy - $200 (60-90 min)

Couples Therapy - $200 (60-90 min) 

Supervision or Consultation - $160 (hour)

I am a participating provider with some health plans.  Please contact me so we can verify whether you’d be able to use your health plan for mental health services.   

If I'm not in network with your particular insurance, I will be happy to provide you a superbill for you to take to your insurance for reimbursement. 

You're the Sky Counseling is based in California.  I offer in person therapy in Encinitas, CA or telehealth services serving California residents.  

You're the Sky Counseling believes that everyone can benefit from therapy.  I see therapy having the opportunity to talk to someone who is educated and trained at providing tools.  My approach is collaborative and relational:  I want to get to know you and your history so that I can know which tools to suggest.  

But therapy is not just about prescribing tools.  Research shows that the biggest predictor of a positive outcome to therapy is trust and fit in the relationship between you and your therapist.  

Simply put:  if you don't trust your therapist, you won't be open and honest with them AND YOURSELF about what's truly holding you back in life!
